We loaded squeezers and screw conveyors to customer that purchased recycling line .
These machines are used to upgraded the previous recycling line. The previous line was designed for PP bags’ recycling and customer needs it to recycle LDPE film now.
To meet the input capacity is 2000kgs/ton , we add two squeezers for each line.
Squeezer is installed at the end of washing line for film dewatering.
In this way the material becomes compact , heated , and the water is removed.
After squeezer , the film moisture will be less than 5-8%
