Label Remover

The label remover, also known as a PET bottle label removing machine, is equipped with a main motor, two electric motors, and two blowers. The machine is Motor drive and the blowers are controlled with inverter .With modular blades, easy for maintenance. Wilt label collecting bag rack, with "V" belt transmission. Protection cover for "V" belt for safety

This machine has a high efficiency rate of above 85% for pressed bottles and 95% for round bottles(Un-pressed bottles).

It has a screen at the bottom for water discharge and is equipped with a stainless steel water basin to collect water.

The design of this equipment is compact, and the size of the feeding port can be customized according to customer requirements. The cutter material is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, and the diameter of the main spindle blade rotation is 780mm. The production capacity ranges from 500KG/H to 2500KG/H.
