Peeler is mainly used for solving the serious problem which is how to remove the PVC labels from PET bottles in PET bottle recycling process all over the world.

PET bottles pass the working chamber and leave the machine, the label are removed by rotor blades and stator blades. Labels no longer attached to bottles, and then, label blowing system will completely separate the labels by adjustable wind-force and gravity difference from bottles.

Peeler is very useful not only as separation of sleeve labels but also as a dry pre-treatment of mixed bottles (associated with an aerodynamic separator in position to obtain an excellent and more efficient separation of the light from the bulky materials and contaminants)
