This HDPE flakes recycling line is used for HDPE postindustrial rigid flakes, the capacity is according to the raw materials and customer’s requirement.

The HDPE flakes recycling line with following main function:

1. Air classifying: removing label/ wood chips/film flakes from HDPE scraps

2. Pre-washing: removing mostly sand/earth

3. sink float tank: separating the sinking materials from HDPE flakes

4. Dewatering: dewatering the washed HDPE flakes
