General Introduction of Zig zag air separator 

Air separator

The Zig Zag separator also known as an Air Classifier , is designed to remove light contamination; such as paper, label and dust from the plastic flake or other granular material. Single or multiple tower systems are available dependent on the throughput required. Typically positioned in a recycling line after granulation or dry cleaning operations, an aspirator is used to remove the lighter particles from the main material flow.

The Air Classifier Separator works on the principle of upward vacuum extraction of light contaminating materials by a channel, Into which the mixed material falls. Material enters the Air Classifier Separator via a rotary valve and is distributed evenly between the towers before tumbling down each zig zag chamber. The heavy fraction is removed from a central collection hopper and the light fraction is lifted from the cascading material stream by a counter air flow and transferred to a separating cyclone.

1. Label Zigzag separator machine is suitable for label separating in PET bottle washing line, which can help you get clean PET flakes,  and make label less than 100ppm.
 2. Label absorption fan with valve for air quantity.

 4. With cyclone silo and dust collecting bags, the machine keep workshop clean and tidy.
 5. Main parts contacted with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304, graceful and durable.
 6-With valve to control the air flux of blower, bottom with blower collecting material

45 working days after receipt of the down payment (will be combined and tested run in G.E.T factory before shipping).
