This HDPE recycling line is used for milk bottle irrigation recycling .

So we design the HDPE recycling line for the HDPE milk bottles with following function:

 Wet crushing: crushing the HDPE bottles into flakes at the same time,we spray the water for washing

 friction washing: removing mostly sand/earth by high speed paddles

 sink float tank: separating the sinking materials from HDPE flakes if containing

 Dewatering: dewatering the washed HDPE flakes and clean the materials for further step
