This HDPE recycling line is used for HDPE pill bottle recycling.

The HDPE pill bottle recycling line with following main function:

1. Manual sorting table: sorting out the following non-HDPE bottles by manual

2. Wet grinder: wet crushing HDPE pill bottles into scraps, Wet crushing can removing sand and earth during crushing, and break paper into fine, Also knives will have longer service time.

3, Hot washer: the HDPE scraps can be feeding into the hot washer under the water.

4, Cool washer: washing the PP scraps with fresh water to removing chemical residual

5, Spin-dryer: dewatering the washed HDPE flakes

6, Zig zag separator: removing the label & powder residual by airflow
